Co Antrim Shield Draw

Lisburn Distillery have been drawn away to Ards, in the first round of the County Antrim Shield. The game will be played on Saturday 10th October, with a 3pm kick off.

In response to the understandable questions from our supporters if this game will be played behind closed doors or open to the public, the answer at this stage is we dont know.

The club have already been in touch with Ards FC but they in turn now need to refer the matter to the local council to make a decision. Clearly both clubs would prefer supporters to be allowed to attend but ultimately the decision rests with the local authorities.

We will keep everyone up to date with further developments as they happen but please be advised it might not be until closer to the date of the match that a final decision is reached
