New Signings
Lisburn Distillery are delighted to welcome the first of several new signings under our new manager Barry Johnston.
First up we welcome 19 year old winger Dylan Sinnerton who joins the club from Glenavon having formerly been with Cliftonville FC with our second signing being a central defensive midfielder in 21 year old Dan Smith who signs up after having been with Glentoran for the last three years.
20 year old Benji Magee is a new striker at the club moving to New Grosvenor from Ards FC with midfielder Fra McGuiness who has recently been with Belfast Celtic and before that Banbridge Town is also now a Distillery player.
20 year old goalkeeper Ethan Carry who was previously with Dundela and East Belfast has also signed up as has a player who will need little introduction in experienced defender Aaron Smyth who, since being with the Whites back in 2013, has had spells at Carrick Rangers and Glentoran.
Players who have agreed to remain at the club for season 2022-23 so far are Jonathan Edge, Jonathan Angus, Neil Dillon, Christian Irvine, Scott Brannigan, Stephen Sullivan, James Morgan, Lewis Higginson, Justin Grattan, Jason Scott, Jordan Shearer and Conal McCauley with others set to sign on the dotted line shortly.
Finally we bid farewell to Aaron Harris (Bangor), Michael O’Hanlon, Jonah Nicholl, Timmy Clarke (all Knockbreda), Caoelain Young (Donegal Celtic), Jordan Lucas (Derriaghy), Mikey Withers (Ballymacash Rangers) Barry Moore and Caoelain Conlon who have all now left the club. We wish them all well with their new clubs and thank them for their service whilst at Distillery.
