Reserve Team Manager Appointed
Lisburn Distillery are delighted to announce the appointment of former Linfield Swifts coach Glenn Dorrian as the new head coach of our Under 20’s (Reserve) team.
34 year old Glenn has extensive coaching experience having coached previously at Banbridge Town, Brantwood and most notably Linfield Swifts where he was part of a highly successful coaching team which oversaw the development of players such as Trai Hume, Dale Taylor and Charlie Allen amongst many others.
Glenn departed his position at Linfield following the young blues recent Steel & Sons Cup Final appearance and Whites manager Johnny Clapham wasted no time in contacting him with a view to bringing him to the club, a position which Glenn was delighted to accept following a meeting with the board of directors at the club last night.
Glenn brings with him not only extensive coaching knowledge but also a wide range of contacts throughout the local game and we look forward with great excitement and anticipation to seeing what he will bring to our famous club.
