Dunville’s Irish Whiskey Player of the Month – March 2023
A new month, a new award and a new winner.
Congratulations to young Jonathan Angus who won the Dunville’s Player of the Month Award for March 2023.
The young defender saw off close competition from two other young team-mates, Odhran McCart and Jake Willis, to deservedly win the March award
With manager Barry Johnston away at the weekend Jonathan received his award, a bottle of Dunville’s 1808 Blended Irish Whiskey, from Distillery coach Brendan Shannon before Saturday’s game against PSNI at The Dub.
Well done again Jonathan, our thanks once again to Shane Braniff and his team at the award-winning Echlinville Distillery for backing the awards every month.
Congratulations to Echlinville too, Dunville’s Irish Whiskey won two major accolades at the World Whiskies Awards in London at the end of March.
These were, Ireland’s Best Single Malt (Dunville’s 21 Year Old Palo Cortado Sherry Cask Finish Single Malt) and Ireland’s Best Single Cask Single Malt Whiskey (PX 20 Year Old Cask Strength, Cask 1644).
