“Spirit of the Eighties” – final edition
The last edition of this season’s “Spirit of the Eighties” – programme number 8 – is scheduled for this Saturday.
This time round, the programme has a two-page spread on players with Distillery and Ballymacash Rangers connections and our usual “On this day” feature also has a two page spread. In addition to a short interview with manager Stephen Hughes (after our Knockbreda game because of Easter print deadlines) we also have a short Scandinavian piece on our welcome visitors this weekend, the Lisburn Distillery Scandinavian Supporters Club.
And, probably unique to an Irish League football programme, we also have two exclusive photographs of an Olympic and World Record holder in action!
The programme (£2 – A5, full colour, 8 pages) will be available from Neil Partridge at the ground, just inside the turnstiles, on Saturday.
