“Spirit of the Eighties” returns
Our respected matchday programme, “Spirit of the Eighties”, returns on Saturday for the home game against Armagh City.
It’s the third match programme of the season and we have had to increase the content this time round to 12 pages, all colour, in our standard A5 format. The good news is that the price remains unaltered at £2.00 (we’ll obviously take more if you wish to donate more!).
The four page increase is down to some extra interesting reading across a number of subjects – there is an extra double-page spread on some previous games between the sides, a double-page spread for our regular “On this day” column (usually one page) and a “Records of sorts” page relating to Ryan McNickle and Jamie Devenny, written by club historian Dawson Simpson.
We have the the usual regular features on the Reserves, and Our visitors, as well as an update from manager Barry Johnston and a wide range of photographs that will jog a few memories.
The programmes will be on sale just as your come through the turnstiles at the ground, and issue number four is planned for our league game against Banbridge Town in the New Year
